Latest technology, uses less electricity, short cycles and very silent. Smaller than I thought a 14kg would be but certainly better than big bulky machines. Lid does not fold in half like some machines and only stays up if you open it fully. If there is a obstruction or something above the lid when opening you must hold it up to put washing in or it closes automatically. Have to separately set amount of water needed with bigger loads. Preselected settings uses less water for smaller loads. Otherwise great machine with 5 year guarantee.
