Received it in a lovely carrier bag but certainly won’t be able to get it back in!! It’s really comfortable and Queen size fits perfectly on my queen mattress, no over hanging. Looking forward to seeing my guests remarks.

it is not serving the purpose for which I bought it. I thought it would cushion the mattress but nada, I am still feeling the stiffness of the mattress disappointingly

I’m super happy with the product. it feels like I’m sleeping on a new bed. The only thumbs down is the delivery, just because I stay in the cal de sac area, the delivery driver told me to come and fetch my items on the street. Imagine I had to carry 2 matress toppers by myself all the way from the street to my house. Plz your drivers need workshop on how to treat people, I never felt so embarrassed.
