The pillow is very bulky. Hard- no soft spot to rest your head, Uncomfortable- the angle of the pillow needs to be adjusted.

I got this for my disabled daughter to see if it will offer more comfort and support for her back. I was sceptical that it would not be supportive enough but to my surprise its a nice firm sponge cushion with the bubble texture on the top. I’m satisfied with this product.
